Opalz by Danube consists of two residential buildings: Tower A and Tower 2. Each tower is configured as ground level, 20 floors and a roof level. The buildings share a podium arranged across two basement levels, ground level, two podium levels and a roof level. The development is designed with a concrete structure, blockwork, and internal and external finishes. The project has 575 units in total. Contemporary interiors are part of the project’s residential design, alongside living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and modular bathrooms presented within the development’s design material.
