About the project

City Walk Crestlane 5 is a two-tower residential project by Meraas in City Walk Phase 3, Al Wasl. The development comprises 161 homes, including one- to four-bedroom apartments and duplexes. It is active, with a recorded completion ratio of 1% and completion scheduled for 25 April 2030.

The project and architecture

City Walk Crestlane 5 forms the fifth residential phase within City Walk. The project consists of two mid-rise towers designed with contemporary architectural elements including arranged frames, balconies, sharp edges and cascading terraces. The exterior combines dark and neutral materials with a transparent glass façade. The arrival area includes a water feature and landscaped setting, leading to a double-height lobby with natural light and furnished seating. Homes are designed to look towards the park, water features, landscaping and the city skyline, while the opposite side faces the coastal urban locality and sea horizon.

Apartments and duplexes

The collection includes one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, alongside a limited collection of duplexes. Apartments have planned layouts, high-end finishes and modern kitchens. The duplexes include double-height living areas connected to private terraces. These terraces are designed to overlook the park, water features and the city. The project has 161 homes in total. The starting price is AED 2,800,000.

Leisure and wellness facilities

The amenity programme includes separate swimming pools for adults and children, sunken lounges and water features. Open gardens and landscaped areas form part of the setting. For exercise and sports, City Walk Crestlane 5 includes a training studio, yoga studio, padel court, tennis court, jogging tracks and cycling tracks. Payment plan and completion

The payment plan is structured as 75/25. A 20% down payment is due on booking, followed by 55% during construction through the first to sixth instalments. The remaining 25% is due on handover. Completion is scheduled for 25 April 2030, which falls in Q2 2030. Construction started on 25 February 2026. The project is active and had reached a 1% completion ratio at its latest recorded inspection on 12 June 2026.
