Celeste by HRE is a boutique residential building in Al Jaddaf, within the Jaddaf Waterfront master project on Dubai Creek, developed by HRE Real Estate Development L.L.C. In the Dubai Land Department registry it is project number 3527. Construction started in February 2025, and the registry lists 28 February 2027 as the completion date. The developer gives Q2 2027 for handover.
According to HRE, Celeste rises to seven residential floors above two basements and a ground floor, with two passenger lifts, a service lift and one parking space per apartment. The DLD registry lists 50 units, including 22 one-bedroom apartments of about 671–823 sq ft, 21 two-bedroom apartments of 930–1,385 sq ft and a three-bedroom apartment of about 2,003 sq ft. The developer describes 44 residences from 671 to 2,003 sq ft and estimates the service charge at about AED 12 per sq ft per year.
Residents get a swimming pool with waterfront views, a fitness and yoga area, landscaped and shaded courtyards, a children’s area, a concierge and smart entry.
Al Jaddaf lies on the southern bank of Dubai Creek, next to Dubai Healthcare City and the Al Jaddaf metro station on the Green Line. According to HRE, Palazzo Versace Dubai and the Jameel Arts Centre are about 5 minutes away on foot, the Al Jaddaf metro station about 10 minutes on foot, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library about 4 minutes by car, Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club about 10 minutes and Souk Al Seef about 12 minutes.
HRE lists a 20% booking payment plus the 4% DLD fee, then 10% after 6, 12 and 18 months and 50% on completion. From October 2025 to September 2026, the DLD registered 35 off-plan sales in the project, with a median of about AED 1.83 million, or around AED 2,140 per sq ft.
