Its design includes crystalline glass façades, a rooftop amenity level and views identified towards Dubai Creek Harbour, Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Al Jaddaf Waterfront.
Binghatti Moonlight is planned with four basement levels, a ground floor, three parking floors, three office floors, one office floor with residential accommodation, 18 residential floors and a roof level. The plot area is 2,350.22 square metres, or 25,297.59 square feet. Its exterior is defined by crystalline glass façades designed to absorb and reflect changing light. An open framework at the top of the tower is illuminated at night. The interior material palette includes fabric panels, apple green Kanbina, light oak, tinted mirror, Alplignum, travertine porcelain, white wood, Patagonia marble, concrete-effect finishes, 3D panels, brushed brass and leather.
The residential collection comprises 236 homes: 126 one-bedroom residences, 106 two-bedroom residences and four three-bedroom residences. The layouts feature expansive windows and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Views named for the residences include the Dubai skyline, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Harbour, Al Jaddaf Waterfront and the Business Bay crossing. Smart-home features and AI-driven technologies are incorporated within the residences. Binghatti Moonlight also uses energy-efficient building practices and sustainable, high-end materials. The building’s residential component occupies 18 floors, above the office and parking levels described in the project configuration.
Alongside its residential homes, Binghatti Moonlight includes 47 office spaces and three retail shops at ground level. The office component is distributed across three dedicated office floors, with a further floor described as offices with residential accommodation. The area includes active shipyards and dry docks along the creek, alongside healthcare, cultural, sports and mixed-use development. Nearby landmarks include Latifa Hospital, the Mohamed bin Rashid Library, Dubai Culture Village and Al Wasl Football Club facilities including Zaabeel Stadium.
The development is positioned between historic Dubai Creek and Business Bay. Dubai Healthcare City and Zabeel Palace are identified near Al Jaddaf, while Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future and Dubai International Airport are also named among city destinations connected from the project. Al Jaddaf’s Green Line stations provide rail access, with Creek serving as the line’s terminus. The district’s creek extension has created marine links towards Business Bay, Safa Park and Jumeirah. Dubai Culture Village and the Mohamed bin Rashid Library add waterfront cultural destinations within the wider locality.
