Nourelle is planned as a trio of residential buildings, with two of the buildings connected by a sculptural skybridge. Each building has a basement, ground floor, 12 residential floors and a roof level. The design incorporates contemporary façades, geometric proportions, integrated greenery and large windows intended to bring natural light into the homes. Sky gardens form part of the skybridge, while landscaped greenery is also planned at ground level and around the arrival area. The entrance includes a drop-off area, water feature, canopy and lobby spaces. The development sits beside Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The project contains 236 residential units across its three buildings. The registered mix includes 80 one-bedroom apartments, 103 two-bedroom apartments and 49 three-bedroom apartments. The remaining homes comprise one four-bedroom residence, two duplexes and one penthouse. One- to four-bedroom homes are offered within the development, and select layouts include expansive terraces.
