The Dubai Conference Centre is a prominent development located in Al Jaddaf, spanning 55,000 square meters and facing Dubai Festival City. This major project features the Sheikh Rashid Hall, a vast conference space with a capacity of 10,000 people. The hall covers 190,000 square feet across three levels and stands 30 meters tall, offering theatre-style seating ideal for international conferences, seminars, concerts, and theatrical performances.
Supporting the main hall are five multi-purpose sub-conference halls, each accommodating up to 1,000 attendees with a combined area of 10,500 square feet. These facilities are connected by the Concourse Building, a 25-meter-high, 150-meter-long air-conditioned glass boulevard lined with shops and restaurants, covering 50,000 square feet.
The Dubai Conference Centre complex also includes a 33-storey 3-star hotel, a 48-storey 4-star hotel, and a 36-storey office tower. Ground-level commercial units and basement parking for 1,800 vehicles complement the development, making it a comprehensive hub for business and events in the Al Jaddaf area.
