The development has 51 units and one building, with the same unit count applying to the building configuration recorded for the project. International City 2 is in an early stage of development, with mid-rise and low-rise residential neighbourhoods, released land parcels and a central zone designated for taller buildings. Public-realm, landscaping and utility works in the wider district are being established through a staged masterplan.
International City 2 and Warsan Fourth
International City 2 occupies land in Warsan 4. The district is bounded by Emirates Road to the west, Academic City to the east, Dubai Silicon Oasis to the south and International City 1 to the north. A high-voltage power reservation corridor forms part of the northern separation from International City 1. Along the eastern boundary, frontage to Academic City Road is separated from the site by an easement reserved for a potential Dubai–Sharjah gas pipeline. The masterplan is divided into five character zones: District Centre, The Ramblas, Residential Clusters, Open Space areas and International City Phase 3. District Centre is planned as a mixed-use area with mid-rise offices, retail buildings and active street frontages. The Ramblas is planned as a pedestrianised spine with mixed-use buildings and ground-floor retail.
Local infrastructure and neighbourhood development
Roads and pavements are substantially in place across International City 2, with pavements installed along most streets. Landscaping and planted greenery remain limited while public open spaces are established in stages. The district has a small number of grocery and retail outlets in operation. Infrastructure works include roads, district cooling, power and communications networks, water distribution, sewerage, fire services and irrigation. Residential Clusters in the masterplan are supported by shops, health services, offices and food-and-beverage outlets. Open Space areas include district parks, community parks, playgrounds and plazas, alongside educational precincts for schools and nurseries. Greenview, formerly identified as Phase 2, was redesigned for townhouses and villas, while Phase 3 is associated primarily with mid-rise apartment buildings.

Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba is 0.3 km from Zyra Vista Residences, while Repton School Dubai is 0.6 km away. Repton School Dubai has an Outstanding government inspection rating, and GEMS Modern Academy also has an Outstanding rating. Eight nearby schools have achieved either Very Good or Outstanding inspection ratings. The nearest Dubai Metro station is on the Red Line and is 9,071 metres from International City 2. A Blue Line metro route and station are planned for the corridor between Phase 2 and Phase 3. Dubai Silicon Oasis lies immediately south of the district, although there is currently no direct transport connection from International City 2 to Dubai Silicon Oasis.
