Construction began on 1 September 2025. The project is active, and its recorded construction completion is 42.11%.
Apartment types and sizes
Studio apartments range from 372.65 to 377 sq ft. The illustrated studio layouts include a 372.65 sq ft residence with a 213.77 sq ft balcony and a 377 sq ft residence with a 53 sq ft balcony.
