The project

Sky Vista is planned as a G+3P+13+R building: a ground floor, three podium levels, 13 further floors and a rooftop level. The building combines residences, offices and retail at ground level. Its construction is designed as a concrete structure with blockwork and internal and external finishes. The project contains one building and 72 units in total. The residential offering is focused on fully furnished two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, with private office space integrated into the residences. Private commercial office options are also included within the development. Sky Vista is in active construction and has reached 61% completion.

Sky Vista offers fully furnished two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes. The residences are presented with bespoke furnishings and high-end finishes, alongside smart-home systems powered by Alexa. A dedicated maid’s room is included among the stated residence features. Each home includes a private pool facility, while private office space forms part of the residential concept. This combination places home-working space within the apartments as well as providing an option for private commercial offices in the building. Payment plan and handover

The starting price for Sky Vista is AED 3,300,000. The payment plan is structured as 50% during the construction period and 50% on handover. Buyers pay 20% on booking, followed by 30% during construction through 1% monthly payments. The remaining 50% is due on handover at 100% completion. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2025. Sky Vista began on 15 June 2024 and is currently active, with its construction completion ratio recorded at 61%.
