Meydan One is a major new district within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, spanning five million square metres along Ras Al Khor Road near Business Bay. Approved in 2015, this development aims to accommodate over 75,000 residents, reflecting Dubai’s rapid growth.
The centerpiece is the 711-meter Dubai One tower, set to be the world’s tallest residential building. It will feature 885 apartments, a 350-room five-star hotel, the highest 360-degree observation deck at 655 meters, and the highest restaurant at 675 meters.
Meydan One will also host several world record-breaking attractions, including the largest indoor ski slope and the longest dancing fountains. The district is developed by the Meydan Group, known for the Meydan Racing Stadium and surrounding residential communities.
Residential options include spacious four- and five-bedroom villas in the District One project, with larger plots introduced in the latest phase. These homes offer premium living spaces within a vibrant, amenity-rich environment.
