Jumeirah Golf Estates is a prestigious residential community located along Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, adjacent to Dubai Sports City. It features 13 luxury estates surrounding two championship 18-hole golf courses, Fire and Earth, designed by renowned golfer Greg Norman. These courses have been the venue for the Dubai World Championship since 2008.
The development is currently in its first phase, comprising 1,050 villas across 13 distinct communities. Families began moving in from late 2013, with half of the properties ready by 2014. The estates near the Fire course include Fireside, Flame Tree Ridge, Juniper Way, Orange Lake, Sienna Lakes, Sienna Views, and Valencia Grove. Communities around the Earth course are Lime Tree Valley, Olive Point, Sanctuary Falls, Sundials, Whispering Pines, and Wildflower.
Approximately 75% of the villas offer golf course views, while the rest overlook lakes and landscaped nature areas. The villas are individually designed and set within beautifully maintained streets, ideal for family living. In 2020, the Andalus Towers, a group of seven apartment buildings, was completed in the northern section of the golf estate.
Residents benefit from nearby amenities including a shopping mall and a large supermarket located in the neighboring Dubai Production City, enhancing convenience and lifestyle options.
