It is developed by Arada Developments L.L.C S.O.C and includes homes ranging from three-bedroom townhouses to six-bedroom mansions. The project is active, with construction completion recorded at 58.05% on 23 April 2026 and a completion date of 30 June 2026.
Jouri Hills forms part of the Jumeirah Golf Estates masterplan, a gated residential golf community covering 1,119 hectares and containing more than 1,835 homes across the wider development. Jouri Hills was introduced in November 2022 and comprises 294 residences arranged around landscaped gardens and dedicated community amenity areas. The community occupies land acquired as part of the Jumeirah Golf Estates extension, with a stated area of 2.3 million square feet. Its homes are designed in a contemporary architectural style, with private gardens and direct access from individual properties to communal gardens and parkland. The registered project description identifies G+1+R villas and townhouses with concrete structures, blockwork, and internal and external finishes.
The residential range runs from three-bedroom townhouses through to six-bedroom mansions. This provides a choice of attached and detached-style homes within the same community.
