The development is positioned on The Palm Crescent, the outer edge of Palm Jumeirah. The Crescent forms an 11-kilometre breakwater around the island and carries a road and extended boardwalk. It has waterfront frontage on the Palm lagoon side, where the built environment is primarily made up of hotels and premium residential developments. Road access connects the Crescent to the Palm trunk through a tunnel, while the monorail provides a link toward the Atlantis, The Palm area. Atlantis The Palm is listed 10 minutes away, Dubai Marina 15 minutes away, Sheikh Zayed Road 20 minutes away and Dubai Mall 25 minutes away.
