The Community

About the project

The Community is a finished co-living and co-working development by Aqua Properties in JVT District 3, within Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. It comprises 379 units in one building and offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The project reached 100.00% completion on 18 September 2024 and is ready to move in.

The project and living concept

The Community is designed around private apartments alongside shared spaces for working, socialising and recreation. Each apartment is described as including a bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. The development allocates 22,000 sq. ft. to public spaces, including social lounges, a library, gaming hub, laundry room and flexible workspace. The building is configured as a hotel building with basement, ground floor, four podium levels, 25 floors and a roof level. Common areas include a quadruple-height lobby with meeting lounges, while the co-working floors provide flexible working spaces. An option of furnishing is available for the apartments.

Apartment types and sizes

The Community offers studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. Studios range from 272 to 498 sq. ft. One-bedroom homes range from 380 to 710 sq. ft., while the two-bedroom apartment type measures 760 sq. ft. Apartment interiors include porcelain wall and floor tiles, sanitary ware and brassware, and kitchen appliances. The development presents private homes as part of a wider shared-facilities setting, with working, dining, fitness and entertainment spaces located within the project. The stated starting price is AED 832,888.

Shared facilities and amenities

The facilities at The Community include a social lounge, library, gaming hub, laundry room, cinema, bowling lane and golf simulator. Residents also have access to a food court, café and restaurant, convenience store, gymnasium, spa, yoga club, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, barbecue area and flexible workspace. The entertainment area includes cinema rooms with theatre seating, virtual sports simulators and a professional bowling alley. The project’s working spaces are paired with lounges and social areas, while the dining facilities include the food court and café and restaurant. These amenities form part of the 22,000 sq. ft. of public spaces within the development.

The Community is located in JVT District 3, on the edge of Jumeirah Village Triangle. JVT District 3 Park is 0.3 km away, while JVT District 9 Playground and JVT District 9 Park 2 are each 0.5 km away. Jumeirah Golf Estates Golf Course is 2.7 km from the project, The Els Golf Club is 2.8 km away, and Montgomerie Golf Course is 3.1 km away. Aqua Properties

Aqua Properties is the developer of The Community. The company was established in 2005 and provides project management, project development, investment advisory, property management, brokerage, development handover and international consulting services. The Community is identified as a project in which Aqua Properties acted as developer, contractor and exclusive sales and marketing provider. At The Community, the company’s development combines apartment accommodation with co-working areas, social lounges, fitness facilities, dining spaces and leisure amenities within JVT District 3.
