Mudon is a gated residential community located at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road (E611) on the edge of the desert in DubaiLand. It offers a secure environment with 24/7 security and features a variety of villa and townhouse neighborhoods.
The community includes several distinct areas. Al Salam was the first neighborhood developed, with townhouse handovers starting in December 2014. Al Naseem offers Arabic-themed villas and semi-detached townhouses with three to five bedrooms, complemented by amenities such as jogging and cycling tracks, green parks, children’s play areas, nurseries, gyms, a mosque, and schools. Access to Al Naseem is via Umm Suqeim Road.
Rahat features Arabic-style villas ranging from three to five bedrooms, with sizes from approximately 3,700 to 5,760 square feet. Residents enjoy similar amenities including parks, play areas, gyms, and educational facilities. Rahat is accessible through Umm Suqeim Road, Al Qudra, Hess, and Emirates Road.
Arabella Townhouses are developed in phases. Phase 1 offers two- to five-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached houses with maid’s rooms. Phases 2 and 3, still under construction, include a range of townhouse sizes and detached villas surrounded by landscaped gardens, with handovers scheduled through 2020.
Mudon Views is the community’s only apartment complex, featuring one- to three-bedroom apartments and two-story duplexes in seven-story buildings. Completed in 2020, it provides a modern residential option within Mudon.
