The project

Oxford Gardens is configured as a residential and retail building with one basement level, a ground floor, 10 floors and a rooftop level. The development contains 240 units within one building. Its design includes a double-height lobby, landscaped gardens, lobby lounge and lift lobby. Resident-oriented features extend to a clubhouse, multipurpose hall, library wall, kitchenette and communal working zone. Apartments are fitted with Philips EasyKey door locks with fingerprint sensors and Google Nest Thermostats. The project also provides a main entrance, residents’ parking, parking for people with determination, an EV charging station, and bicycle parking with a wash area.

The apartment collection includes studios and one-, two- and four-bedroom residences. Oxford Gardens is a 240-unit project, with the homes contained within its single residential and retail building. The residences incorporate Philips EasyKey door locks with fingerprint sensors and Google Nest Thermostats. Shared spaces within the building include a lobby lounge, multipurpose hall, library wall, kitchenette and a communal working zone. The layout also includes indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, providing dedicated spaces for younger residents within the development.

Rooftop and leisure facilities

The rooftop facilities at Oxford Gardens include a 25-metre infinity pool, rooftop gym, rooftop cinema theatre and rooftop seating. The pool setting includes floating sunbeds, a pool sun-lounger area, jacuzzi jets and outdoor seating. Residents also have access to a padel tennis court, outdoor table tennis, an outdoor yoga area and a jogging track. The development’s leisure provision includes a leisure pool, kids’ pool, indoor kids’ play area and outdoor kids’ play area. A sauna and steam room are also included.
