A low-rise canal-side residential collection

Eden House The Canal is positioned alongside the opening of Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah. Its residential component is arranged in a low-rise, six-storey building, complemented by seven villas across three storeys. The project’s building configuration includes basement, ground, six upper levels and a roof level, while the villas are configured with basement, ground and two upper levels. The architecture follows a contemporary low-rise form shaped by the canal setting. Interiors use refined colour palettes and tactile materials, including lightly bronzed glass, textured stone, marble and brushed metals. Floor-to-ceiling windows are incorporated to frame views towards the Arabian Gulf, while the residences also look across the canal and Dubai skyline.

Residence types within the main building

The six-storey residential building contains 93 residences. The collection includes studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom suites, as well as garden duplex units and three penthouses. The range provides both single-level apartment layouts and duplex homes with garden elements. Interior spaces are designed with spacious layouts, premium material finishes and coordinated colour palettes. The project’s residential areas include balconies, a courtyard, a lobby and lift lobby. The design was created by DXB Lab, whose approach combines contemporary aesthetics with a focus on scale and orientation. Each home is planned in relation to the surrounding canal and city environment.

Seven three-bedroom villas

Seven three-bedroom villas form a separate part of Eden House The Canal. Each villa extends across three storeys and is designed to face the canal, with unobstructed canal views described for the villa collection. The villas include private pool terraces and gardens, creating dedicated outdoor areas within each home. Dedicated service quarters are also included. Their three-storey arrangement distinguishes them from the residences in the six-storey main building. Together, the 93 residences and seven villas bring the development to 100 units. The villa component sits within the same canal-side setting as the apartment collection, allowing residents to access the project’s shared services and facilities.

Amenities and resident services

Shared facilities at Eden House The Canal include a swimming pool, lounge deck, terrace and gym. Resident and guest parking is provided, alongside concierge service, 24/7 security, a pool lifeguard and on-site maintenance. The service offering also includes housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning. Additional services include chauffeur, spa, salon, flower arrangement, butler, personal chef, personal training and babysitting services. The combination of shared amenities and service options forms part of the project’s residential offering. A concierge is available within the building, while security operates on a 24/7 basis. The pool, lounge deck and terrace provide dedicated communal leisure areas within the development.

Eden House The Canal is located in Jumeirah 2, alongside Dubai Water Canal. Jumeirah 2 is characterised by villas and low-rise housing, with Dubai Water Canal running through the southern part of the district. Jumeirah Street and Wasl Road provide road access through the area. Boxpark is 1.2 km away, Safa Park is 1.4 km away and Jumeirah Fishing Harbour is 1.8 km away. Mercato Beach is 2.2 km away, while City Walk Central Park is 2.4 km away. Roxy Cinema at Boxpark is 1.2 km away, and Vox Cinema at Galleria Mall Al Wasl is 2.1 km away. H&H Development is the developer of Eden House The Canal. The company has created the project as a residential collection beside Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah. Its Eden House concept combines a residential format with a range of building-based hospitality-style services, including concierge, housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning, chauffeur, butler and personal chef services. H&H Development’s role covers the six-storey residential building, the seven three-storey villas and the shared amenity programme.
