The residence collection includes studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Studio layouts range from 345.31 to 493.63 square feet. The 493.63-square-foot Studio Type 02B is designated for the first floor only, while Studio Type 01 measures 345.31 square feet and Studio Type 02A measures 360.91 square feet. One-bedroom layouts range from 588.46 to 1,015.04 square feet. The 1,015.04-square-foot Type 06B is a first-floor-only layout. Two-bedroom homes are available in 991.46- and 1,254.53-square-foot configurations. Three-bedroom residences measure 1,611.25 square feet for Type 01A and 1,749.03 square feet for the first-floor-only Type 01B.

Azizi Arian includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s play area, covered parking, parks and leisure areas, retail outlets, restaurants, dining outlets and a supermarket. Price and payment structure

Prices for Azizi Arian start from AED 569,000. The payment plan is structured as 50/50. A 10% down payment is due on booking, followed by 40% during construction across the first to fourth instalments. The remaining 50% is due on handover, at 100% completion. This structure divides the purchase price between the booking and construction period and the handover stage. The recorded completion date for the project is 16 January 2028.
