Reem Community in DubaiLand
Reem is a gated residential community situated in DubaiLand, south of Emirates Road (E611) and opposite Town Square Dubai on Al Qudra Road. It is one of the first gated developments in Dubai to feature a large central park, enhancing the living experience with green spaces and recreational facilities.
The master development comprises several residential neighborhoods, with Mira and Mira Oasis being the initial completed phases. Mira offers 1,582 townhouses available in four distinct designs, emphasizing spacious living with large balconies, private driveways, courtyards, and wooden finishes. At the center of Mira is a central park featuring interactive fountains and walking paths.
Mira Oasis, located to the north of Reem, is the newer sub-community with 1,350 three- and four-bedroom townhouses. It is divided into three sectors, each equipped with community parks, swimming pools, and sports amenities. The development also plans to include camping areas, sand surfing, and camel riding trails, adding unique outdoor activities for residents.
Reem is adjacent to Al Minhad Air Base, providing a distinctive neighborhood setting within DubaiLand. The community’s botanical park highlights the region’s diverse plant life, contributing to its appeal as a family-friendly and nature-oriented residential area.
