Ivy at Park Five is one residential building within Park Five, a Deyaar Development community in Dubai Production City. The building comprises a service basement, ground floor and eight residential floors. Park Five is planned as a collection of five residential towers set within green landscapes, and Ivy is positioned to capture views of the park and lake. Its architectural approach combines structured geometric forms with generous outdoor areas that connect indoor and outdoor spaces. The façade uses glass, stone accents and warm-toned cladding. Expansive windows are a defining part of the design, with park and lagoon views identified across the project. Ivy applies biophilic design principles, placing green space and water at the centre of its setting.

Residence collection

The 210 residences at Ivy at Park Five comprise studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes. The selection therefore includes compact studio homes, conventional one- and two-bedroom layouts, and duplex residences with two bedrooms. The interiors are designed with high ceilings, open layouts, kitchenettes and spacious windows. The project also incorporates smart-home features and energy-glass glazing. Ivy is located within Park Five, where pedestrian sikkas run through landscaped areas and communal spaces. These Arabian-inspired walkways form part of the community layout and link the residential setting with shared outdoor zones.

Amenities across three levels

Ivy provides amenities across the podium, eighth floor and rooftop. The podium programme includes a gym and changing rooms, while outdoor facilities include adult and kids’ pools, a swimming pool, pool deck, outdoor lounge area and a coworking space. Further shared spaces include a community lawn, BBQ area, kids’ play area, garden seating area, green walkways and a jogging track. The wider Park Five community programme includes retail, sikkas, Friday markets, kiosks and a food market hall. Shaded spaces and inside-out spaces are included in the community design, together with contemporary Arabian art. The amenity arrangement combines indoor fitness facilities, pool areas, workspaces, children’s facilities and landscaped outdoor areas across multiple levels.

Dubai Exhibition Centre and Expo City are within 15 minutes, while Dubai International Airport is 25 minutes away. City Centre Me’aisem is also nearby. For local leisure and green space, Victory Heights Community Park and JVT District 4 Park are each 1.3 km away, and Farfar Park is 1.6 km away. Prices, payment plan and handover

Prices at Ivy at Park Five start from AED 685,000. The stated payment structure is 45/55, with 45% payable before handover and 55% payable on handover. The pre-handover amount begins with a 10% down payment on the booking date, followed by 35% during construction across the first to sixth instalments. The remaining 55% is due at handover, at 100% completion. The scheduled handover period is Q4 2027, and the recorded project completion date is 31 December 2027.
