Elire Tower is planned as a single building with one basement level, a ground floor, three podium levels and 25 further floors. Its structure is specified as concrete and blockwork with internal and external finishes. The project’s architectural design is by Arnaud Behzadi Architectures, with design by Nöfer Architekten. The residential collection combines one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with three- and four-bedroom duplex apartments. The duplex residences have private entrances, while the four-bedroom duplexes include a home cinema. The development is associated with LUX*, the hospitality brand of The Lux Collective, and includes resident-facing hospitality and property services.
The collection includes one-bedroom apartments from 612 to 1,076 sq ft, two-bedroom apartments from 1,445 to 1,564 sq ft, and three-bedroom apartments from 2,417 to 2,610 sq ft. Three-bedroom duplex apartments measure 3,829 sq ft. Four-bedroom duplex apartments range from 5,305 to 5,349 sq ft. The stated price for a three-bedroom duplex starts from AED 15.48 million. Four-bedroom duplex residences start from AED 22.32 million. A clubhouse team, concierge, valet and around-the-clock security form part of the listed resident services.
Elire Tower lists both day-to-day and on-request resident services. Common-area housekeeping and maintenance are included in the service offering, together with dry cleaning and laundry service. The development also lists in-residence housekeeping and maintenance, a “While You Are Away” maintenance package and a turnkey maintenance solution. Other listed services include private transportation or limousine services, an in-house porter service, driver-accompanied car hire, private boat rental, personal training, personal shopping, childcare, and in-residence dining, catering and personal-chef services.
