Villas are planned along waterfront frontages and within landscaped greenery, with expansive living areas, private pools and terraces forming part of the design intent. Walking and cycling routes are integrated into the masterplan to connect homes with the water and landscape areas. Concept specifications reference walnut wood veneer, brushed brass finishes and large-format porcelain slabs, alongside selected porcelain, tile and marble finishes for floors, bathrooms, accent walls and countertops. Initial concept imagery represents the architectural intent and may be revised during delivery.

Landscape, leisure and wellness facilities

The planned landscape programme includes a central eco park and botanic garden with an orchard field and butterfly nesting areas. A natural swimming lagoon, saltwater pools and floating gardens are connected by hanging bridges and observation decks intended for bird watching. The plan also includes a whispering waterfall with sensor-controlled cascades and wooden-kayak circulation trails. Solar Link Park is designed with solar charging stations and dedicated e-scooter lanes. Adventure areas include the Sky Woods treehouse park, canopy walk, zipline and wild-park areas with hanging bridges. Wellness facilities in the plan include a healing spa, hydrotherapy zones, a healing herb garden, aromatherapy offerings and an herbal tea bar. Fitness provision includes an eco-friendly gym, biodynamic training programmes, eco performance grounds, outdoor sports fields and clubhouses beside the lagoon and within an indoor eco hub.

Cultural and social spaces

Damac Islands 2 is planned with a cultural square featuring a controlled-climate dome, performance stage, food market, museum library, art and sculpture installations, and a study garden. The masterplan also includes eco-lodge accommodation, an outdoor clubhouse beside the natural lagoon and an indoor eco hub clubhouse with fitness and wellness facilities. These community components sit alongside the waterfront and green-space network rather than being limited to a single residential building. The development’s landscape-led plan incorporates floating gardens, elevated treetop areas, outdoor activity spaces and shared social settings across its themed clusters. Bermuda is one of these eight clusters within the wider community layout.
