Three villa layout labels are available: RR-EE, RR-EM and RR-M. RR-EE and RR-EM each have a total area of 1,726 sq ft. Their ground floors measure 465 sq ft, first floors measure 622 sq ft, balconies, terraces and external covered areas total 447 sq ft, and covered garages measure 192 sq ft. The RR-M layout has a total area of 1,698 sq ft. It includes 470 sq ft on the ground floor, 614 sq ft on the first floor, 422 sq ft of balcony, terrace and external covered area, and a 192 sq ft covered garage. Across the collection, total villa areas range from 1,698 to 1,726 sq ft.
Community amenities and daily services
AKOYA includes shopping, dining and entertainment within the master development. The community also includes schools and nurseries, placing everyday educational facilities within the wider neighbourhood.
