Elo 2 is located in Damac Hills 2, a Damac Properties community in south Dubai Land. The wider neighbourhood was launched as a continuation of the Akoya and Akoya Oxygen concept. Its masterplan combines low-density villa clusters with leisure and amenity areas, and it includes multiple named clusters and sub-communities. Housing across Damac Hills 2 is primarily villa-led, with townhouses and apartment buildings also introduced in different clusters. Internal roads have been constructed across the community, and several residential clusters have been handed over since the first completions.
The wider residential community
Damac Hills 2 is organised into numerous plant-named clusters and sub-communities. Selected communities within the wider masterplan include The Farmhouses, Verona, Park Greens, Odora, Natura, Violet, Acuna, Centaury, Janusia, Trixis, Sycamore and Coursetia. The community includes both completed residential areas and clusters where work continues.
