The Alba brings together residential, hospitality and wellness elements in a three-component development on Palm Jumeirah. The scheme includes two residential towers and a five-star hotel. Tower 1 is an unfurnished residential building with one basement level, lower ground floor, ground floor and 11 upper floors, comprising 72 units. Tower 2 is a furnished residential building with the same 1B + LG + G + 11 configuration and 65 units. The hotel component has one basement level, lower ground floor, ground floor and six upper floors, with 78 keys. Zaha Hadid Architects designed the residences, while YODEZEEN designed the furnished residences. The Alba also includes a garden retreat by the sea and a wellness facility and programme.
The residential offering includes furnished and unfurnished homes. The reported apartment collection comprises two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,800 to 2,850 sq ft. Residences have expansive terraces, with views extending towards Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. Private pools are included within the residential offering. The Alba is located on The Palm Crescent, on the outer edge of Palm Jumeirah. The Crescent is an 11-kilometre breakwater that separates Palm Jumeirah from the open sea. A road and extended boardwalk run along the Crescent, while the lagoon-facing inner side is occupied by hotels and residential developments. The Crescent connects with the Palm’s trunk through a road tunnel. The monorail provides a link across the bridge towards Atlantis, The Palm and associated attractions. Typical driving times from the Crescent are 8 minutes to the Palm Jumeirah trunk, 20 minutes to Burj Al Arab and The Walk at JBR, 24 minutes to Dubai Mall, 32 minutes to Dubai International Airport and 42 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport.
Construction started on 1 July 2024. The Alba is recorded as active, and its completion ratio was 7.05% following the inspection dated 10 March 2026. The scheduled project completion date is 31 March 2028. The development has a total area of 110,550.33. The current project record identifies 138 total units. A 50/50 payment plan has been offered for The Alba Residences. The reported starting apartment price was AED 20 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.
