Sparkle Towers is a Dubai Marina complex with two lozenge-shaped buildings, one rising 29 floors and the other 14 floors. A living podium connects the towers and contains two four-bedroom penthouses. The development has a residential and commercial configuration, with retail outlets occupying the entire first floor. Its recorded structure comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, towers of 29, 14 and 4 floors, and a roof level. The apartments are designed with a concrete structure, blockwork, and internal and external finishes. Sparkle Towers has been described as the world’s first Swarovski-embellished residential project.
The development contains 389 units. Its residential offering includes studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, alongside penthouses. The two four-bedroom penthouses are located within the connecting living podium. This range brings together compact studio layouts, apartments with one to three bedrooms, and larger penthouse accommodation within the same Dubai Marina address. Retail space forms part of the project’s configuration, with the whole first floor allocated to retail outlets.
Sparkle Towers provides outdoor seating areas, gardens and a lounge. Leisure facilities include an indoor pool, a leisure pool, a gym and a spa.
