Midtown by Deyaar in Dubai Production City
Midtown by Deyaar is a large-scale residential development located within Dubai Production City, a vibrant urban area near Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. This integrated community spans six districts with a total of 24 buildings, offering nearly five million square feet of built-up space.
The project features a variety of apartment types including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units designed to accommodate middle-income families. The first phase, Afnan District, launched in 2015, includes seven buildings with 659 apartments and extensive landscaped areas covering 400,000 square feet, creating a green and pleasant environment.
Subsequent phases include Dania District, completed in early 2020, which offers 579 apartments along with amenities such as open lawns, basketball and tennis courts, and a swimming pool. The latest phase, Noor District, launched in 2020, comprises seven buildings with 593 units and is scheduled for completion in late 2022.
