La Côte is a district of Dubai, 3.6 km from World Trade Centre Metro Station.
La Côte is the first neighbourhood within Port de La Mer, a seaside quarter built around a marina in the La Mer area of Jumeirah. The community comprises five low-rise residential buildings designed to deliver beachfront and marina-facing apartments with open-plan layouts and panoramic views. The scheme was presented as a freehold collection of five-storey residences, combining contemporary architecture with communal podiums, bridges and controlled vehicle access to create linked open spaces for residents.
La Côte sits inside Port de La Mer, on the La Mer seafront in Jumeirah (Jumeirah 1). The location is part of a larger seaside masterplan arranged around a marina and pedestrianised streets. Coordinates for La Côte are approximately 25.240259°N, 55.253128°E. The development was announced as the first neighbourhood of low-rise apartments in Jumeirah to be offered on a freehold basis within Port de La Mer.

Public transport access is limited on foot: the nearest Dubai Metro station on the Red Line, station code R22, is about 3,641 metres from La Côte, placing it beyond a comfortable walking distance for daily commuting. Road connections provide direct access to central Dubai and key districts.

The master plan for La Côte describes five low-rise residential buildings, each five storeys tall, offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouse units with direct beach and marina access. Interiors were presented with contemporary finishes and open-plan layouts intended to maximise sea and marina views. Shared facilities outlined for the community include multiple large swimming pools, gym facilities, a private beach and direct access to the marina. Building podiums and pedestrian bridges were part of the concept to link open spaces while maintaining controlled vehicle entry for resident safety.
The first two buildings released to market contained 108 apartments, with completion scheduled for the end of 2020. Early imagery featured concept designs that may differ from the completed development.

The presence of one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses makes the area relevant for a range of household sizes.
