Kempinski Floating Palace is a unique luxury development situated off the coast of Jumeirah 3 in Dubai. This AED 600 million project features a central floating hotel with 200 rooms, including royal suites, deluxe rooms, and 16 penthouses equipped with private pools.
The hotel is designed in four interconnected sections, linked by a glass pyramid that houses gourmet restaurants, bars, spas, pools, boutiques, banquet facilities, and a yacht parking deck. The resort is accessible exclusively by yacht, boat, or helicopter, emphasizing its exclusivity and privacy.
Complementing the main hotel are the Neptune boat villas, connected by pontoons. These two-story villas include roof terraces, infinity pools, and dedicated crew quarters. Available in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts, the villas are equipped with solar panels and can sail at speeds up to six nautical miles per hour. The rooftop of the hotel also features 12 luxury villas.
Advanced technology is integrated throughout the property, including self-sterilising air filtration systems and automated home operations. The interiors are designed in collaboration with renowned designers, ensuring a blend of luxury and innovation. Inspired by traditional Nile cruises, Kempinski Floating Palace offers a revolutionary approach to luxury tourism in Dubai.
