Dubai Peninsula is a district of Dubai, 3.1 km from Business Bay Metro Station.
Dubai Peninsula is a large-scale mixed-use development on reclaimed land in the Jumeirah 2 area of Dubai. Planned as a combination of residential, hospitality and retail elements around a new marina and public park, the scheme is being delivered by H&H for owner Bright Start. Early construction activity for infrastructure and civil works has been reported.
Dubai Peninsula is conceived as a reclaimed peninsula projecting into the Arabian Gulf, adjacent to Jumeirah 2. The masterplan envisages residential neighbourhoods, hospitality components and public spaces arranged around a purpose-built marina and a stretch of private shoreline. Key elements include a 1.1 km private beach, a marina with 60 berths and approximately 1,700 residential units across the development. International architects and designers are associated with the project.

The site is within reach of Dubai’s Red Line metro corridor, with station R26 approximately 3,100 metres from the development. Nearby schools include Horizon English School Dubai, around 2.2 km away, and Dubai British School Jumeira, around 2.3 km away.
As a reclaimed waterfront site, Dubai Peninsula is planned to combine maritime access through its marina with road connections to Jumeirah 2 and surrounding districts.
