Dubawi Island

Dubawi Island is a private man-made island located off the southern beach of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Originally designed as a mirror image of Logo Island on the opposite side of Palm Jumeirah, Dubawi Island remained undeveloped for several years.

Land reclamation for Dubawi Island was completed in 2005, and initial plans for a hospitality project named ‘Signature Island’ were launched in 2007. However, these plans were halted due to financial challenges faced by the developer.

In 2017, the island’s development plans were revised, and Dubawi Island was integrated into the larger Dubai Harbour project. It has since been reshaped and incorporated into the Emaar Beachfront development, enhancing the waterfront living experience in the area.

Owned by a prominent investment company linked to Dubai’s leadership, Dubawi Island now forms part of a prestigious real estate portfolio, contributing to Dubai’s dynamic coastal landscape.
