The Highbury is arranged as two connected contemporary buildings rising over 29 storeys from a garden-strewn podium. Its interconnected plan gives the two building sections their own visual character, while a stepped façade moves from ground-level gardens towards the upper-level duplex homes and roof terrace. The building configuration includes a ground floor, podium, 29 residential floors and a roof. The development provides four passenger elevators, one express passenger elevator and two service elevators. The lobby and ground-floor arrival areas include a main entrance, drop-off areas, a lobby reception, lounge space, a communal table and a garden. Bicycle parking with a wash area, an EV charging station and parking for people of determination are also included at ground level.

The residence collection begins with 425 sq. ft studios. One-bedroom apartments range from 766 to 905 sq. ft, while two-bedroom apartments range from 1,050 to 1,375 sq. ft. Two-bedroom homes with maid’s rooms range from 1,199 to 1,366 sq. ft, and three-bedroom homes with maid’s rooms range from 1,304 to 1,765 sq. ft. Four-bedroom residences with maid’s rooms range from 1,720 to 2,204 sq. ft. Duplex options include four-bedroom homes with maid’s rooms from 1,556 to 2,112 sq. ft and three-bedroom homes with maid’s rooms from 2,863 to 4,037 sq. ft. A four-bedroom penthouse measures 4,012 sq. ft. Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes have one parking space, while three- and four-bedroom homes have two.

Pools, sports and outdoor facilities

The podium amenity plan centres on an infinity leisure and lap pool, with a baja shelf, sunken seating, pool loungers, cabanas, an outdoor shower and a pool refreshment area. A 170m jogging track runs alongside an outdoor herb garden, barbecue area and outdoor dining area. The same level includes a padel tennis court, urban basketball area, pet area, outdoor children’s play area, kids’ splash pad, community lawn and outdoor games zone. A second infinity leisure pool is planned on the 22nd floor, with a baja shelf, loungers, cabanas, a refreshment area, barbecue and outdoor dining spaces. This upper-level pool deck also includes an outdoor club lounge terrace, club lounge, games table zone and change rooms.

Clubhouse, wellness and family spaces

The lower pavilion is planned as a residential clubhouse with a lounge area, communal table, library wall, phone booth and kitchenette. It also includes a cinema room, children’s play area, games table zone and record lounge room. The upper pavilion houses a yoga studio, fitness studio, female spa room and male spa room. Separate facilities include male and female washrooms, a bathroom for people of determination and a children’s bathroom. These spaces sit alongside the outdoor facilities, which include designated areas for children, pets, sport and dining. The building’s amenity programme spans the ground floor, podium, lower pavilion, upper pavilion and 22nd-floor pool deck.
