Rove Home Dubai Marina is planned as one building with three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, 40 residential floors and a roof. The structure is designed in concrete and blockwork with internal and external finishes. IRTH Development is delivering the project in partnership with Rove Hotels, and the homes are presented as branded residences. The development includes fully furnished apartments and Sky Lofts, with smart home digital features listed among the residential facilities. Selected layouts can be combined on demand, providing an option to create a larger residence from adjoining units. The project contains 682 homes in total.
The available layout range includes Studio² homes, one-bedroom apartments, on-demand one- and two-bedroom layouts, and one- and two-bedroom Sky Lofts. Studio² residences range from 402 to 460 sq ft. Standard one-bedroom layouts range from 613 to 827 sq ft, while the one-bedroom on-demand layout measures 919 sq ft. The two-bedroom on-demand layout measures 1,064 sq ft. One-bedroom Sky Lofts range from 1,095 to 1,361 sq ft, and the two-bedroom Sky Loft measures 1,511 sq ft. Sky Lofts have double-height ceilings. All residences are furnished, and selected configurations can be combined on demand.

Rove Home Dubai Marina includes co-working spaces, meeting rooms, silent meeting pods and an indoor-outdoor multipurpose area. Social areas include a lobby lounge, Marina Views Chill Zone, Zen Library, communal gardens, allotment gardens, an amphitheatre and a Marina View Amphitheatre. Entertainment facilities include an indoor cinema, outdoor cinema, gaming lounge, arcade zone, PlayStation area, karaoke studios, minigolf, table tennis, foosball, pool table, dart corner and multi-ball interactive gaming. This date corresponds to the end of the first quarter of 2028 rather than the earlier Q4 2027 handover indication.
