Palm Jebel Ali – Frond A comprises 60 residential villas on Palm Jebel Ali. Every home is configured across ground level plus two upper floors. The collection is divided evenly between 30 five-bedroom villas and 30 six-bedroom villas, giving the project two defined family-home layouts. Construction started on 14 January 2025. Its current status is active, and the recorded construction completion ratio is 4.39%, based on the inspection dated 18 June 2026. The project completion date is 17 January 2028. Frond A forms part of Palm Jebel Ali, a waterfront island development planned for residential, hospitality and leisure uses.
The residential programme at Palm Jebel Ali – Frond A consists exclusively of villas rather than apartments. There are 60 homes in total: 30 five-bedroom villas and 30 six-bedroom villas.
