Its building configuration includes three basement levels, a ground floor, five podium levels, a high-concourse level, three amenity floors, mechanical and service floors, and a roof. The project is developed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and incorporates automotive-inspired design. The Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star on the rear façade integrates photovoltaic panels that power electric-vehicle charging stations. Solar photovoltaic technology and LEED certification form part of the listed project features. The building includes 4.2-metre ceiling heights and unobstructed views towards Burj Khalifa. Residences are offered furnished or unfurnished.
