The project

Luxor Residences brings fully furnished homes to JVC District 14. The apartment selection comprises studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. Each residence is specified with Bosch kitchen appliances, Alexa smart-home technology, a 65-inch Samsung TV, Italian tiles by Fondovalle and ISVEA sanitary ware. The homes also include purified drinking and sparkling water. Floor-to-ceiling windows are included in the design, with views described across greenery, landscapes and the urban setting. The project’s shared spaces include a grand arrival lobby and a sky garden, while direct access to a park forms part of the development’s stated features.

Furnished residences and home technology

The furnished specification at Luxor Residences combines kitchen, entertainment and smart-home features. Bosch appliances are included in the kitchens, and Alexa-enabled smart-home technology is provided within the residences. A 65-inch Samsung TV is listed among the included features. The Els Golf Club is 2.2 km from the project, while Dubai Miracle Garden is 4.1 km away. The location combines the JVC setting with direct access to a park at the development.

Payment plan and handover

Prices at Luxor Residences start from AED 676,000. The project is offered with a 60/40 payment plan. Buyers pay 20% as the down payment at booking, followed by 40% during construction across the first to fifth instalments. The remaining 40% is due on handover, at 100% completion. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2026. Luxor Residences is currently classified as a new launch.
