Laya Mansion is a single building configured as two basement levels, a ground floor, four upper floors and a roof. The development includes 235 residential apartments and four shops. Its design is presented with French Baroque architectural influences, while the apartment interiors incorporate floor-to-ceiling heights, designer false ceilings, LED lighting and French windows. Living areas have double-glazed flooring and landscaped balconies or terraces. Bedrooms are specified with a separate walk-in wardrobe area, and bathrooms include glass shower cubicles, rain and hand showers, vanity counters with mirrors, and designer accessories.
