Dubai Production City, formerly known as the International Media Production Zone, is a mixed-use district arranged around lakes and dedicated plots for warehouses, offices and residential towers. The western part of the community contains warehouses and office structures, while the eastern side contains completed residential towers and associated facilities. The district was planned as a production and living environment, combining media-related commercial space, logistics uses and residential accommodation. Development has progressed in phases, with completed high-rise residential buildings and clusters of commercial and industrial units already present. A neighbourhood retail centre, hotel accommodation, lakes and a running-track provision form part of the wider community setting.
Dubai Production City sits at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. These roads provide vehicle connections across Dubai’s central, coastal and outer areas. The nearest referenced Red Line metro point is station R73, recorded at 3,245 metres from the district. There is no metro service running through Dubai Production City itself. Road travel is therefore the principal transport connection for the community. Dubai Mall is listed at 25 minutes’ driving time, Palm Jumeirah at 19 minutes, Burj Al Arab at 21 minutes, The Walk at JBR at 22 minutes, Dubai International Airport at 41 minutes and Al Maktoum International Airport at 33 minutes.
City Centre Me’aisem is the local retail centre serving Dubai Production City. It includes a large supermarket as well as convenience outlets and service providers. The district also includes a five-star hotel that opened in 2017. Residential buildings in the community are primarily high-rise apartment blocks, with leisure amenities such as swimming pools and courts found within the existing residential stock. Lakes and a running track are central elements of the original community plan. The masterplan continues to include undeveloped plots and areas in earlier stages of development, alongside the completed residential, commercial and industrial buildings already operating in the district.
Eden 2 by Meraki is marketed under Meraki Developers. Meraki Developers was founded in 1991. The developer’s wider portfolio includes residential, industrial and educational projects. Named projects associated with the developer include Meraki Genesis in Arjan, Meydan Heights Villas, Show Villas in District One and Sobha Sapphire in Business Bay. Its education-related projects include North London Collegiate School, Hartland International School, the Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai Silicon Oasis and the Manipal University Dubai Campus. Meraki Developers also identifies civil contracting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contracting, design and engineering, and aluminium and glazing support infrastructure among its development capabilities.

The building is still under construction, so it has no RERA-approved budget yet — that comes after handover. The figures below are what already-completed buildings in the area pay.

Median across 37 completed buildings in Dubai Production City for 2026, from the DLD service charge index (Mollak). This is an area benchmark, not this project’s rate: RERA approves that after handover and it may land either side of the median.
