Banyan Tree Residences is a gated urban resort community comprising one residential building, a commercial building and a service block. The residential building has two basement levels, a ground floor, 31 upper floors and a roof level. A triple-height hotel-style lobby lounge forms the arrival space and includes dedicated concierge service. The homes have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and 3.2-metre clear ceiling heights. Views extend towards two golf courses and the Dubai skyline. The development’s facilities and amenities span 85,000 square feet, while 75% of the urban resort is dedicated to exclusive spaces.

Apartments, garden homes and penthouses

Apartments at Banyan Tree Residences are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring natural light into the living spaces. Kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are specified with Grohe fixtures, Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, and Siemens and Smeg appliances. Duplex garden homes include private gardens and double-height living rooms. The penthouses each occupy a complete floor and include a private built-in cantilevered infinity pool and an open-air entertainment terrace. Their 4.5-metre floor-to-ceiling windows provide 360-degree views across the two golf courses and Dubai skyline. The project offers apartments, duplex garden homes and penthouses rather than a single residence type.

Clubhouse, spa and fitness facilities

The Clubhouse & Spa brings together sports, wellness and leisure facilities for residents. The facilities include a fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment, a squash court, a spa and a sauna. Spa treatments are provided by Banyan Tree therapists for residents. The children’s indoor play space, Sunshine Cove Kids Club, is purpose-built for activities for different ages. A dedicated concierge service supports the residences. The project also includes a poolside café for residents. These indoor facilities sit alongside outdoor spaces that include the resort pool, children’s pool, adventure zone, lawn and reflection pond. Residents can use the poolside café beside the outdoor facilities. The project combines these spaces with views of the Dubai skyline and the neighbouring Emirates Golf Club and Montgomerie Golf Course.
