The Beach is a vibrant outdoor shopping and leisure destination located in Dubai Marina, adjacent to Jumeirah Beach Residence. Spanning over 300,000 square feet from the Hilton Beach Hotel to the Sheraton Beach Resort, it features around 70 retail outlets, restaurants, and cafes set amidst landscaped walkways with trees, plants, and water features.
Opened in 2014, The Beach offers a dynamic environment popular with locals, residents, and tourists. It hosts various events throughout the year, including exhibitions, retail promotions, and the Dubai Art Season. Visitors can enjoy spectacular fireworks displays over the bay during religious festivals.
Entertainment options include the flagship Real Cinema with six indoor screens and the region’s largest open-air beach cinema. Interactive LED screens with photo capabilities are placed along the pathways. For outdoor activities, there is a sea-based water park with slides, trampolines, and climbing walls, as well as a dedicated Splash Pad water play area for toddlers.
