Mall of the World

Mall of the World is a visionary development planned in the Al Sufouh 1 area of Dubai. Designed as a vast indoor-outdoor complex, it aims to combine retail, hospitality, entertainment, and cultural experiences within a single integrated city-like environment.

The project features a retractable glass roof, allowing for comfortable outdoor shopping and dining during cooler months, while providing shelter in Dubai’s hot summer. Spanning 48 million square feet, Mall of the World will host the world’s largest indoor theme park under a glass dome, which opens seasonally.

The development emphasizes pedestrian connectivity with approximately 7 kilometers of promenades, enabling visitors to explore retail, leisure, and hospitality venues without the need for vehicles. The hospitality district plans to offer 20,000 hotel rooms across 100 hotels and serviced apartments, with many directly linked to the mall via air-conditioned walkways.

Cultural and events districts will provide venues for international shows, festivals, weddings, and conferences, including the UAE’s largest conference hall. A dedicated wellness district will focus on medical tourism, offering healthcare and rejuvenation services alongside accommodation for patients and their families.

Retail spaces will cover 8 million square feet within a temperature-controlled environment, featuring flagship stores with wide streets inspired by major global shopping destinations. Accessibility is enhanced by nearby metro stations and multiple tram lines connecting Mall of the World to key areas across Dubai.
