Dubai Investments Park (DIP) is a vast mixed-use development located near the Jebel Ali industrial area in Dubai. Spanning 2,300 hectares, it is strategically positioned at the junction of Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed highway (E33) and Jebel Ali Al Habab Road (D57).
DIP is divided into three main zones: an industrial complex hosting light and medium industries along with hi-tech companies; a commercial area featuring offices, showrooms, and retail outlets; and seven residential communities offering diverse housing options.
The residential sector includes villas, townhouses, apartments, and studios. Notable communities include Green Community, a 67-hectare green neighborhood with various apartment and villa options set away from city noise yet well connected by roads. Ewan Residences is a gated, landscaped community blending Emirati, Arabic, and Andalusian design elements, complete with recreational facilities such as swimming pools and jogging tracks.
Ritaj offers affordable housing with over 2,000 units including studios and multi-bedroom apartments, complemented by amenities like swimming pools, shops, restaurants, and a mosque. The Dunes Village is a modern gated complex with 942 spacious apartments, fitness facilities, landscaped gardens, and retail options.
Upcoming residential projects include The Palisades, designed around a central park with period-style architecture, as well as The Royal Estates and Dubai Lagoon. The area also supports education with six schools serving the community, making DIP a comprehensive location for living, working, and industry within Dubai.
