Urban Oasis by Missoni is a 38-storey residential tower directly on Dubai Canal. The building is configured with one basement level, a ground floor, three podium levels, 34 floors, a roof and one upper roof level. Missoni Home designed the interiors, drawing on the brand’s use of zigzag motifs, stripes, waves, geometric forms and floral jacquard patterns. The project has canal and city views. Its grand lobby incorporates Missoni’s zigzag patterns, geometric shapes and patchwork designs. The tower contains 467 units and was completed on 27 June 2024.
The residence collection comprises studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, alongside penthouses. Three-bedroom residences have sizes starting from 1,916 sq ft. Four-bedroom residences range from 3,113 sq ft to 7,385 sq ft. Penthouses have private elevators, closed kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and 360-degree views of Dubai Canal and the city. Private lifts leading directly into the home are provided for three- and four-bedroom residences. All homes are part of the Missoni-branded residential offering at Urban Oasis by Missoni.
The podium includes an infinity swimming pool measuring 800 sq m and wrapping around three quarters of the floor plate. Urban Oasis by Missoni also provides a gym and a grand lobby. The gym is fitted with exercise equipment, while the lobby is designed with Missoni patterns and decorative elements. The infinity pool is positioned at podium level within the 38-storey tower. These shared spaces sit alongside the tower’s Dubai Canal setting and its Missoni Home interior concept.
Urban Oasis by Missoni stands directly on Dubai Canal in Business Bay.
