The project and design

Serenova is planned as a single G+P+8+Roof residential building. Its arrival area is designed with a double-height space, a statement fountain and valet service for residents and visitors. These outdoor areas form part of the apartment design and are intended to connect interior spaces with the exterior. Residence collection

The residence collection at Serenova includes studios, two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Studios are also described as junior suites within the project’s residential range. The two-bedroom apartment layouts include kitchens, while the four-bedroom penthouses include living rooms, dining rooms, master bedrooms, walk-in closets, master bathrooms and terraces.
