Palm Beach Towers was planned as a waterfront living and leisure complex comprising three high-rise buildings and 1,265 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. The three towers were designed to sit on a common podium at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah. Tower 3 was outlined with a configuration of three basement levels, a ground floor, 14 podium levels and 51 floors. Floors 15 to 46 were planned with 12 homes per floor: four two-bedroom apartments and eight one-bedroom apartments.
