The district includes villa streets, boutique retail, canal-front projects and mixed-use developments. Safa Park is 0.9 km from Muraba Veil, while Action Park Business Bay is 1.3 km away. Dubai Bowling Center and Bay Avenue Mall & Park are each 1.4 km away, and Boxpark is 1.5 km away. Roxy Cinema at Boxpark is also 1.5 km away. Galleria Mall and its Vox Cinema are on or near Wasl Road, and City Walk is among the retail and leisure destinations serving the surrounding area.
