Homes are planned with smart home automation, and ownership is offered on a freehold basis. The project combines residential apartments with communal indoor and outdoor spaces centred on the courtyard setting.
Studios and one-bedroom apartments
The apartment collection consists of studios and one-bedroom homes. Studio apartments have stated total areas from 39.22 sq m to 50.71 sq m. The studio layouts include net internal areas of 32.57 sq m or 34.00 sq m, with balconies ranging from 6.65 sq m to 16.71 sq m. One-bedroom apartments have stated total areas from 59.59 sq m to 83.25 sq m.
