Al Furjan residential setting

Al Furjan is a residential community in the Jebel Ali First sector of Dubai. The district was originally planned as a collection of houses and apartments arranged around parks and walkways. Its earlier residential pattern included low-rise terraced housing and villas, while later development has added apartment towers and serviced residences. The first phase of the community contained 819 houses with gardens and terraces. Station R72 is 851 metres from the community centre and can be reached on foot. The road corridors provide routes towards Dubai Marina, Dubai International Airport, Mall of the Emirates and Downtown Dubai.
