The building and residences

Hillmont Residences is planned as a single residential building with underground level, ground floor, four podium parking levels, 12 residential floors and a roof level. Retail is included at ground-floor level, while the swimming pool and gym are positioned on the first floor. The building’s design uses layered materials and textures intended to reflect the landscape of Jumeirah Village Circle. Shared areas include a lobby entrance, reception, lobby lounge and lift lobby. Outdoor seating areas and open social spaces form part of the resident facilities. The development combines homes, communal areas and ground-floor retail within one 12-storey address in JVC District 15.

The residence offers studios, alongside one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Apartments have balconies, and the stated size range is from 452 sq ft to 1,860 sq ft. Three-bedroom apartments and selected two-bedroom apartments include a study. The payment structure is 70/30: 20% is due on booking, 50% is payable during construction across the first to eighth instalments, and the remaining 30% is due on handover.
