Zuha Island is a private sub-community within the World Islands archipelago in Dubai, spanning over 2.5 million square feet. It features 2.5 kilometers of pristine beachfront, offering exclusive waterfront living.
The island will host 30 limited edition private residences, each situated on spacious plots with views of the Dubai city skyline and designed to ensure high privacy. Additionally, Zuha Island will include a resort comprising 70 one- and two-bedroom villas, providing luxury accommodation options.
Access to Zuha Island is via a 12-minute boat ride from the Jumeirah coast. The island’s power supply combines traditional generators with sustainable solar energy solutions.
Zuha Island emphasizes environmental sustainability, employing in-house marine biologists to support coral regeneration through a dedicated house reef near the island. Residents and visitors can enjoy four main dining venues as well as exclusive in-villa dining experiences.
